Alzheimer’s

This page and my webpage

The brain has a circulation system for blood. It has a nerve network for signals. It floats in a bath of cerebral spinal fluid. During sleep, the flow of this fluid is much higher. This flow cleans the brain of harmful waste products such as beta amyloid.

Chronic inflammation will cause tissues to become inflexible and stiff. This stiffness is a problem for the brain because during sleep, cells relax and contract, they shrink. This shrinkage allows space for fluid flow and clearing out of beta amyloid and other harmful waste products. This is a case of shrinkage being good for you. Not to be mistaken for the embarrassing kind for guys in cold water!

So again, are we born with Alzheimer’s, does it appear suddenly or is it a gradual process? It develops over time and gets worse over time. Sounds familiar, does it sound like heart disease? Sure as sh*t sounds like it to me!

Heart disease, cancer, diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease can all be classified as diseases of lifestyle. It is sad when we are sick. It is devastating if we die. It is super tragic if we get sick and die from our lifestyle.

It is totally disgusting if there is a profit industry from research and development and treatment of diseases that could be simply avoided. ‘Big money’ in medical treatment has no interest in cures or prevention.

Only you can prevent forest fires.

Maybe: Only you can prevent heart disease, diabetes, cancer and Alzheimer’s.
