When the news is grim. When things are bleak. I remind myself that a pendulum swings. A big swing to will in time become a big swing fro. Left right. To fro. Back and forth. Tears laughter.
The period or the time between the swing is related to the mass and radius. The larger mass will swing slower.
Another point to remember is that we learn lessons. And seem to have to relearn over and over. Is it human nature to be fooled by con men? Maybe.
